Idag har jag tränat efter två veckor på fastlandet och varit ledig. Idag bestämde jag mig för att köra kondition. Så passet ser ut som följer:

Crosstrainer: 1km Motstånd: 16

Peck deck: 5*15 Vikt: 12,5kg

Cykel: 10minuter Motstånd 20

Torso twist: 5*15 Vikt 25kg

Trappmaskin: 10minuter Motstånd 20

Roddmaskin: 10minuter Motstånd 10

Mage: 5*15 Vikt 50kg

Löpband: 5minuter Motsånd 7 (tror jag det var men är inte säker, svårt att läsa av maskinen)

Skönt med lite variation. Jag kommer att gå upp till tre gånger i veckan nu och det här passet kommer jag att försöka köra på onsdagar.
