Jag ska försöka vara lite bättre på att blogga om mina framgånger när det gäller vad jag äter och hur det går med träningen. Inte bara det utan om mitt övriga liv också.

Har precis skrivit ihop en plan för vad jag ska äta nästa vecka. Vad jag ska äta vilken dag har jag inte bestämt och jag vet inte om jag kommer att klara av att följa den. Men jag ska i vilket fall göra ett gott försök. De rätter jag har funderat på inför nästa vecka är som följer.

Vegetarisk lasagne

Ratatouille

Vegetarisk lergryta

Chili sin Carne

Bulgur Sallad

Nudelwok

Tomatpaj

Ugnsrostade rotfrukter med zucchini

De flesta kommer jag att laga storkok av så att det räcker långt. De jag inte hinner laga nästa vecka lagar jag veckan efter.

Jag hoppas att jag är frisk till i början på veckan som kommer så att jag kan börja träna då.

-And you know what they call a... a... a Quarter Pounder with Cheese in Paris?

-No man, they got the metric system. They wouldn't know what the fuck a Quarter Pounder is.
-Then what do they call it?
-They call it a Royale with cheese.
-A Royale with cheese. What do they call a Big Mac?
-Well, a Big Mac's a Big Mac, but they call it le Big-Mac.
-Le Big-Mac. Ha ha ha ha. What do they call a Whopper?
-I dunno, I didn't go into Burger King.
